Shipping Policy

We ship orders from our fulfillment center to addresses within the continental United States. We understand that receiving your order promptly and in good condition matters, and we structure our shipping process to make that happen consistently. This policy outlines our shipping methods, estimated transit times, rates, and related procedures.

Shipping Rates

We offer free standard ground shipping on all orders of 36.00 or more. Orders below 36.00 are subject to a flat shipping rate of 6.99 for standard ground delivery. This rate applies to the continental United States. The shipping threshold is calculated based on the subtotal of your order after discounts and before taxes. Shipping charges are displayed clearly at checkout before you complete your purchase.

We offer expedited and express shipping options for customers who need faster delivery. Rates for these options are calculated at checkout based on the total weight of your order and the destination address. Expedited and express shipping are not eligible for the free shipping threshold.

Processing Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within one business day of purchase. Orders placed after 2:00 PM Eastern Time are typically processed the following business day. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

During peak periods, such as holiday seasons or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly. If we anticipate a delay beyond two business days, we will notify you by email with an updated estimated shipping date.

Shipping Methods and Transit Times

We offer three shipping options through FedEx and USPS. Transit times are estimates provided by the carriers and are not guaranteed by Hermes Plan. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination, weather conditions, and carrier performance.

  • Standard Ground: Estimated 3-7 business days. This is our most economical option and is suitable for most orders.
  • Expedited: Estimated 2-3 business days. This option provides faster delivery for customers who need their order sooner than standard ground.
  • Express: Estimated 1-2 business days. This is our fastest option for urgent deliveries.

Transit times begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase. Delivery estimates are based on business days only and do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Tracking

Every order includes a tracking number that we send via email when your package ships. You can also track your order directly on our site using our track order page. Tracking numbers are provided by our carriers and may take up to 24 hours to become active in the carrier’s system after shipment.

If your tracking number does not show movement within three business days of shipment, please contact us. We will reach out to the carrier and investigate the status on your behalf.

Shipping Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us immediately at Support@hermesplan.com. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been processed and packed. Once your order has shipped, we cannot redirect the package. If you provided an incorrect address and the order is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.

Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO Addresses

We ship to P.O. Boxes via USPS for standard ground orders. P.O. Box deliveries are not eligible for expedited or express shipping. We also ship to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses for military personnel. Transit times to these addresses are longer and are determined by the military postal system. We do not guarantee delivery windows for APO addresses.

Order Splitting

Occasionally, we may split your order into multiple packages if the items are stored in different locations within our fulfillment center. If we split your order, you will receive separate tracking numbers for each package. You will not incur additional shipping charges beyond what was calculated at checkout.

Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Shipments

We take responsibility for your order until it is delivered to the address you provided. If your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at Support@hermesplan.com immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf and arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

For delayed shipments, we are not responsible for carrier-related delays due to weather, labor disputes, or other events outside our control. However, we will work with the carrier to resolve the delay and keep you informed of any updates. If you need an expedited replacement for a time-sensitive order, contact us and we will explore options based on availability.

If you receive a damaged package, take photos of the packaging and contents before discarding anything. These images help us with our carrier claims and help us improve our packaging to prevent future damage.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, refusal of delivery, or failure to claim the package from the carrier, we will notify you by email. We will reship the order to a corrected address, but you may be responsible for additional shipping charges. If you choose not to have the order reshipped, we will refund the product cost minus the original shipping charges.

International Shipping

At this time, we ship only to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship internationally. We are evaluating international shipping options and will update this policy if we expand our shipping destinations.
