Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If something does not work out, we make returns straightforward and fair. This policy explains how to return items, what qualifies for a return, and how refunds are processed. We keep our process simple because we believe returns should not be a source of frustration.
Return Window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered to the shipping address you provided. If you need to return an item after the 30-day window, please contact us. While we cannot guarantee acceptance, we review late requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer store credit or a partial refund at our discretion.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. Products that have been opened, used, or damaged by the customer are not eligible for return. We inspect returned items before processing refunds to ensure they meet these conditions.
We do not accept returns on final sale items or clearance items. These items are marked clearly at the time of purchase. If you are unsure whether an item is eligible for return, check the product page or contact us before placing your order.
How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, email us at Support@hermesplan.com with your order number and the item or items you wish to return. We will respond with a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for packaging your return. We do not charge a restocking fee for returns made within the 30-day window.
When preparing your return, pack the items securely in the original box or a suitable replacement. Include a copy of your order confirmation or a note with your order number so we can identify your return when it arrives. Affix the prepaid return label to the outside of the package and drop it off at the carrier location indicated on the label.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Refunds are issued within 3-5 business days after we approve your return. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or payment provider. Some payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund on your statement.
If you paid with a credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you paid with a debit card or PayPal, the refund will be returned to the same account. We do not issue refunds in the form of store credit unless you specifically request that option.
Return Shipping Costs
We provide prepaid return labels for all returns initiated within the 30-day window. The cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund. This allows us to keep our pricing fair and ensures that we cover the logistical cost of processing returns while still making the process convenient for you.
If the reason for your return is due to a mistake on our part—such as a wrong item shipped, a defective product, or a quality issue—we will cover the return shipping cost entirely. Contact us and we will send a prepaid label with the return shipping cost waived.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, color, or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order for the replacement. This ensures you receive the new item as quickly as possible, rather than waiting for your exchange to process through our return system. When you place a new order, we process and ship it within our standard one-business-day timeframe.
We do not offer direct exchanges where you send back the original item and we send a replacement in the same transaction. The separate return-and-reorder process is faster and gives you full visibility into your order status and tracking.
Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, contact us immediately at Support@hermesplan.com. Include photos of the defect or damage along with your order number. We will evaluate the issue and provide instructions for returning the item or, in some cases, issue a replacement without requiring a return. Our goal is to resolve defect issues quickly and without burdening you with unnecessary steps.
Defective items are eligible for full refunds or replacements at no cost to you, including return shipping. We cover the return shipping for defective or damaged products.
Color and Style Variations
We strive to represent our products accurately through photography and detailed product descriptions. However, colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings, lighting conditions, and individual screen calibrations. If you are concerned about color accuracy, we recommend reviewing our product descriptions carefully and contacting us if you have questions before ordering. Minor color variations do not qualify as defects and are not eligible for return at our expense.
Refund Timing for Promotional Orders
If you placed an order using a promotional discount or gift card, refunds are calculated based on the actual amount paid. If you return an item that contributed to a free shipping threshold, and your return reduces your order subtotal below the free shipping threshold, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
