Order Tracking
You can check your order status at any time using our track order page. We send tracking numbers via email once your order ships. If you do not see movement on your tracking number within three business days, contact us and we will follow up with the carrier immediately. We monitor shipments closely and proactively reach out when we see unusual delays.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, email us at Support@hermesplan.com with your order number and the items you would like to return. We will send you a prepaid return label. Shipping Questions
Most orders ship within one business day from our fulfillment center. Delivery times vary by destination and shipping method. Standard ground orders generally arrive in 3-7 business days. Our team handles our products daily. We inspect every batch. We understand the nuances of each material and construction method. We do not guess or give generic answers. We also assist with color matching. If you are decorating for an event and need flowers that match a specific palette, we can guide you toward the closest options. We have worked with event planners, wedding coordinators, and interior decorators who rely on us for accurate color representation. We do not rely on screen images alone—we describe colors honestly and can send fabric swatches upon request.
Bulk & Wholesale Inquiries
